3. Enquiries & the free call

When you fill in a form or book a call, you're asking us to get in touch — nothing more. The free call is exactly that: free, with no obligation on either side. Making an enquiry does not create any contract or commitment to work together.

4. Our services & agreement

This website describes what we do — running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads for plot & farmland developers. The information here is for general guidance and is not a binding offer.

If we decide to work together, the actual terms — including fees, scope, and how things run — will be set out in a separate written agreement between us. That agreement, not this website, governs any work we do for you.

5. No guarantee of sales

We help you get more genuine, screened enquiries and site visits. We do not guarantee plot or land sales. Sales depend on many things outside our control — your pricing, location, the site itself, your approvals, market conditions and how quickly your team follows up.

Any lead numbers we discuss are realistic estimates based on your city and budget, and where we commit to a number, it will be written into our separate agreement. Results vary from project to project.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, logos, brand name, layout, graphics and code — belongs to VoxNivo or is used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or republish it without our written consent. "VoxNivo" and our logo are our marks.

7. Third parties & Meta

This site may link to or use third-party tools and platforms (for example Meta and WhatsApp). We're not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those third parties. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
